She lays out a five-part structure covering role, context, task, constraints, and output that maps closely to how you would scope any deliverable, then works it through three situations you'll recognize: pressure-testing a single-supplier risk before a steering committee, turning raw variance numbers into an executive update, and structuring a change request tradeoff for the CCB.
